Shipping policy

Estimated ship times are 3-5 business days after purchase on in-stock items, based on current inventory. When providing a personalized laser option, ship times are 5-7  business days after purchase. If we are building a custom board then the ship time is 3-4 weeks from placing your order. Most orders are shipped out in 2-3 business days after the order is completed. You will receive tracking information once your order ships. We can offer express shipping, please reach out to info@boardsbyjersey.com for pricing. If you need to make adjustments to an order this must be done within 24 hours after placing the order by emailing help@boardsbyjersey.com. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and damages occurred during shipping. Please contact the shipping company to file a claim. We only ship to the United States and we do not ship internationally.
